The work on your Carnival

Your 2024 Kia Carnival LX and scratch repair: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.

Your Carnival, up close

As a minivan, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. NHTSA lists 2 recall campaigns for this model; a repair visit is a good moment to ask whether each was done.

Your request

Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Ask anything about the work in the request.

Keep your week on track

Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.

What affects the price

The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. For repairs, the price depends on the parts, the paint and the hours of work.

Getting the car ready

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim.

Keeping it that way

A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.

How long it takes

Parts on order can add days to a repair; we tell you when that happens. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.

Let us know

Send photos and a few details, and a person replies with the next step.
