Your 2000 Cadillac DeVille: the work
CarmaCars takes requests for paint correction on the 2000 Cadillac DeVille, and rents you a car while yours is in. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
The car itself
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. The body is 5.26 m long and 1.89 m wide. Measure your parking spot or garage first.
What happens after you ask
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
A car while yours is in
Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
Why prices differ
We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.
How long it takes
Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.
Keeping it that way
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.
Getting the car ready
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
Over to you
Tell us what the car needs and when it is free.
Request polishing
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
