Farmbrook and the Q3

What the specs mean

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo does the work, through an 8-speed automatic. It runs on regular gas. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

Expect about 28 litres for every 300 km, going by its 9.3 L/100 km combined rating. At our price setting, driving 100 km costs about $14.42, and a 300 km weekend about $43.26.

The Q3 in everyday use

Its SUV body gives a high seating position and an easy load height. The EPA lists 481 litres for luggage, roughly a family's bags for a long weekend.

Good uses for the Q3

It suits winter trips and weekends with more gear than people. It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends.

Rent it from us

Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.

Rules for renters

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

How to book

Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.
