The booking steps

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

Who can rent

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
