Booking, step by step

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Before pickup

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
