Driver basics

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

Getting the car booked

Tell us the car and the dates in a request. There is no fee for asking. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. You pay only once you approve the offer.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
