Before you rent

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
