The rules, briefly

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

How booking works

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.
