Your Civic and rust repair
Book rust repair for the 2019 Honda Civic EX, with a rental meanwhile if you need one. Rust is cut out or treated, then the area is refinished.
The car itself
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. There are 4 NHTSA recall campaigns on file for it; a dealer can check by the VIN.
The request
Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate.
How long you are without it
We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. A clear timeline comes with every quote.
What affects the price
We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
Aftercare
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax.
What to bring
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.
Renting for Farmbrook
Farmbrook is about 509 km from our Toronto location, beyond the area we deliver to. If you need it in Farmbrook itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
