Arranging the work for the 5000

Small things that help
Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
