Before the shop sees your Active E
Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the Active E. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
What to send us
Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. You approve the shop's quote before any work. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
Driving while yours is at the shop
We collect the rental when your car is back. If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Before the shop starts
Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.
Small things that help
Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.
Next step
Need the work and a rental? One request covers both.
Request safety certificate
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
