Safety certificate for the Lexus LFA
CarmaCars does not do mechanical work, but for a safety certificate on the Lexus LFA we arrange a trusted shop. A used car you buy in Ontario needs a Safety Standards Certificate before it can be plated.
Your LFA and the shop
Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the LFA. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
What we arrange
We keep you posted until the car is booked in. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car.
A car while yours is in the shop
Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Before the shop starts
Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
Car care, briefly
Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
Want a price?
Tell us the job and the car, and a person replies.
Request safety certificate
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
