Arranging the work for the LS

About your LS

Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the LS. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.

Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
