Towing: how we help
CarmaCars does not do this work itself. For a tow on the Saab 9-5, we arrange it with a trusted shop or connect you with one. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.
About your 9-5
Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop.
How the arrangement works
The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We keep you posted until the car is booked in. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there.
Stay on the road
If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. We collect the rental when your car is back. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
Talking to the shop
Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
Car care, briefly
Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.
Ready when you are
Tell us the job and the car, and a person replies.
Request towing
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
