What to expect when you book

Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

Licence, age and card

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
