The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

Checking your details

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
