Booking in plain terms

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

Before pickup

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
