The 2019 Audi A4 Technik: Van rental

This page looks at the 2019 Audi A4 Technik for anyone searching for van rental. Seven seats or more take a whole group in one vehicle.

Farmbrook and the A4

The pages for Dogwood Hollow, Greenbrook and Oaktree Hollow cover the areas next door.

The numbers in plain words

Its 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo drives through a 7-speed automatic. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

A combined rating of 7.8 L/100 km works out to about 23 litres per 300 km. In energy, every 100 km costs about $13.65 at our price setting.

A good match for

It suits commuters, couples and business trips. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.

What to expect from the A4

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. EPA lists 368 litres of luggage space, enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Getting one from us

Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.

The rules, briefly

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.

Your booking, in three steps

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

One more step

A request takes a few minutes and puts a real offer in front of you.
