Van rental: 2021 Jeep Compass North in Java

The 2021 Jeep Compass North: Van rental

If you need a van or a seven-seat car, the 2021 Jeep Compass North is one option; this page explains the car and how booking works. Seven seats or more take a whole group in one vehicle.

A note on Java

We have no location in Java; CarmaCars rents from Toronto, about 1,933 km away. If you need it in Java itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

If you are close to Java, you may also be near Maydelle, Mewshaw and Oakland.

Reading the spec sheet

The powertrain here is the 2.4L 4-cylinder with front-wheel drive and a 6-speed automatic. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

By the EPA's combined rating of 9.3 L/100 km, 300 km takes about 28 litres. That works out to about $14.42 per 100 km at our price setting.

Who it is for

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Living with the Compass

Being a compact SUV, it handles luggage, strollers and sports gear well.

Can you rent one?

This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer.

From request to keys

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

What we need from you

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
