Renting: the basics

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

What happens when you ask for a car

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.
