Specs, explained

The 2.0L 4-cylinder is what moves it, with front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

Rated at 7.3 L/100 km combined, it needs around 22 litres for a 300 km round trip. In energy, every 100 km costs about $11.32 at our price setting.

A good match for

It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car.

Inside and out

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. The EPA lists 396 litres for luggage, roughly about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

What you need to rent

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.

How it works

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.
