Renting: the basics

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
