What to expect when you book

Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Licence, age and card

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
