Requesting a car

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Checking your details

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
