What the figures tell you

It runs the 1.8L 4-cylinder, with front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

The EPA rates it at 7.5 L/100 km combined, so a 300 km weekend uses about 23 litres. That works out to about $11.63 per 100 km at our price setting.

Good uses for the Corolla

It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits commuters, couples and business trips.

Inside and out

As a mid-size car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. With 368 litres of luggage space by the EPA's measure, it takes about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Getting one from us

Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates.

The booking steps

Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. The offer comes from a person, not a robot, and it carries the full price. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.

Requirements

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
