Van rental: the 2021 Toyota Corolla XSE

For a van or a seven-seat car, the 2021 Toyota Corolla XSE is one of many cars on CarmaCars, each with its own page. Seven seats or more take a whole group in one vehicle.

Java and the Corolla

If you need it in Java itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. We have no location in Java; CarmaCars rents from Toronto, about 1,639 km away.

Close by are Selby, Lowry and Sitka, each with its own page.

Specs, explained

It runs the 2.0L 4-cylinder, with front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

The EPA rates it at 7.0 L/100 km combined, so a 300 km weekend uses about 21 litres. A weekend of 300 km comes to about $32.55 at our price setting.

Best uses

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Space, size and seats

As a compact car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. The EPA measures its luggage space at 368 litres, roughly about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Can I rent it?

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

What happens when you ask for a car

To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Rules for renters

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Talk to a person

Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.
