Van rental: red 2021 Toyota Corolla XSE in Java

Renting the 2021 Toyota Corolla XSE

If a van or a seven-seat car is the plan, the 2021 Toyota Corolla XSE is worth a look; here is why. Seven seats or more take a whole group in one vehicle.

Renting for Java

If you need it in Java itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. CarmaCars is based in Toronto, about 1,639 km from Java, and does not deliver there.

Next door to Java are Selby, Lowry and Sitka.

Specs, explained

Power comes from the 2.0L 4-cylinder, driving through an automatic (CVT). It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

Fuel use is rated 7.0 L/100 km combined, so 300 km needs about 21 litres. At our price setting, it costs about $10.85 to drive 100 km.

A good match for

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

Space, size and seats

As a compact car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. Luggage space is rated at 368 litres: about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Rent this car

If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

Rules for renters

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

Booking with CarmaCars

A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Next step

A request takes a few minutes and puts a real offer in front of you.
