Booking the work for the Durango
This page covers exterior detailing for the 2012 Dodge Durango, and a rental while the car is with us. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
Your Durango, up close
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. As an SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
What to send us
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Ask anything about the work in the request. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
A car while yours is in
Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
What goes into a quote
If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. We price the job before we start, never after.
Looking after it afterwards
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
When the car is ready
If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
Getting the car ready
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
Still deciding?
Ready when you are: send the details of the car.
