What to bring
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
How long it takes
Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days.
Pricing, plainly
If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.
