Your Karma: the work
For the Karma, exterior detailing starts with a quote from a person, never a guess. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
The car itself
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
What happens after you ask
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. You can add a rental to the same request. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate.
A rental while we work
Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
What goes into a quote
If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
After the work
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
How long you are without it
We keep you posted if the timing changes. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.
A few things first
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
Still deciding?
A person reads your request and replies with a price and a time.
