The MINI Roadster: Wax
This page covers exterior detailing for the MINI Roadster, and a rental while the car is with us. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
The car itself
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
Your request
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
A car while yours is in
We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
What to bring
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.
Looking after it afterwards
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
How the price is set
The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.
How long it takes
We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.
Next step
Send a request with a few photos, and we reply with a price.
Request wax
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
