How long you are without it
A clear timeline comes with every quote. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished.
What to bring
Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
Aftercare
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
What goes into a quote
The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.
