Arranging the work for the NE
For a wheel alignment on the 1994 GMC NE, a trusted shop does the work and CarmaCars arranges it, with a rental if you need one. An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.
Your car, your notes
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. If you have the service history of your NE, have it ready for the shop.
The steps
The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in.
Keep moving meanwhile
Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. Rent by the day while the shop has your car. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
Questions to ask the shop
If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
Small things that help
Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
Talk to a person
Ask, and we tell you plainly what we can arrange.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
