Arranging the work for the NE
The GMC NE and a wheel alignment: CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop, and never does the work itself. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.
Your NE and the shop
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop.
Our part and the shop's part
The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Car care, briefly
Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
Before the shop starts
Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.
Over to you
Ask us, and we tell you whether we can arrange it.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
