Wheel alignment: how we help
For a wheel alignment on the 2015 Lexus IS, a trusted shop does the work and CarmaCars arranges it, with a rental if you need one. An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.
Your car, your notes
Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the IS. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. It uses the 2.5L 6-cylinder and rear-wheel drive.
What we arrange
We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
Your rental while you wait
We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. We collect the rental when your car is back. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
Good habits for your car
Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.
Let us know
Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
