A rental while yours is in the shop
CarmaCars does not do this work; you keep driving while the shop has your car. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, at our usual rates.

The Lucid: Winter tires
Need a winter tire change for the Lucid? We arrange it with a trusted shop; the work is never done by CarmaCars. Swapping to winter tires in fall and back in spring is the usual routine.
Details the shop needs
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them.
Our part and the shop's part
The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven.
A car meanwhile
Rent by the day while the shop has your car. Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
Between shop visits
Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.
Still deciding?
Tell us the job and the car, and a person replies.
Request winter tires
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
