Battery Boost in Plumtrees, CT

Arranging the work in Plumtrees

For battery service in Plumtrees, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. The job: A boost for a dead battery, by a roadside service we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A slow crank on a cold morning is often the first sign of a tired battery.

Our part and the shop's part

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair.

Good habits for your car

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.
