Engine Repair in Plumtrees, CT

Engine Repair: how we help

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 548 km from Plumtrees, and does not do this work itself. In short: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.

The steps

Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job.

Good habits for your car

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.

Talking to the shop

If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.

Before you plan around us
