Car Diagnostics in Hampton, PE

Car Diagnostics near Hampton

Car Diagnostics in Hampton: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. The job: A diagnostic scan when a warning light is on or something feels wrong, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.

What to send us

We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair.

What to ask

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.

Small things that help

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Look at the tire tread before long trips.
