Who it is for

People with family in town who need a second car for a while. Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own.

What is different here

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Rates are set per car, so you can choose by budget. The same team handles your request, your handover and your questions.

Who can rent

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

What happens when you ask for a car

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.
