Emissions Test in Unity, TX

Arranging the work in Unity

If you need an emissions test in Unity: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. Plainly: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.

What CarmaCars does here

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair.

Good habits for your car

Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.

Talking to the shop

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.
