Booking the work

Mention the year and trim so we price the right size of car. A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide. The quote comes before any work, so there are no surprises. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up.

How long it takes

Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. Small repairs can take hours; paint and collision work can take days. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.

A few things first

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim.

Pricing, plainly

If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.

After the work

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
