Luup Alternative for Rideshare Drivers in Unity, TX

Renting a car around Unity

People search for Luup alternative in Unity and find us. Here is how we can help from Toronto. One thing to know: A car for Uber, Lyft or delivery work, rented from CarmaCars directly. Tell us when you book. Weekly and monthly rates first: trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and one booking runs up to 365 days and renews. Luup, Uber and Lyft are named only to describe what you compared and the work; CarmaCars is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any of them. You see the full price in the offer before you decide.

Reach and distance

There is no CarmaCars office, lot or branch in Unity. Delivery covers about 250 km around Toronto; Unity is about 1,805 km away.

For Unity itself, look for a local rental company; for the Toronto end of the trip, we can help. Taking a car out of Ontario needs our written consent before the trip, so ask in your request. Tell us what you are planning in Unity, and we will say what we can and cannot do. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

What makes this simple

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. The offer is in writing, so you can check it before you agree. Rates are before 13% HST, and the offer shows the tax too.

When it makes sense

Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one. Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week.

The airport closest to Unity is Cox Field Airport, about 32 km away.

From request to keys

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Who can rent

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
