Engine Repair in Appleton, SC

Arranging the work in Appleton

Engine Repair in Appleton: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. In short: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

What to send us

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

Getting a clear quote

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.

Small things that help

Look at the tire tread before long trips. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.
