Who does what

We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. A person replies within one business day. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.

What to ask

Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.

Good habits for your car

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.
