What CarmaCars does here

We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven.

Before the shop starts

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.

Between shop visits

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.
