Luup Alternative for Rideshare Drivers in Ruby Corner, NY

Renting in Ruby Corner

This page is for Ruby Corner, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. For this kind of rental: A car for Uber, Lyft or delivery work, rented from CarmaCars directly. Tell us when you book. Weekly and monthly rates first: trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and one booking runs up to 365 days and renews. Luup, Uber and Lyft are named only to describe what you compared and the work; CarmaCars is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any of them. Prices are before 13% HST, and your offer shows the total before you pay.

Where we deliver

Our only location is in Toronto; Ruby Corner is outside the area we serve. With Ruby Corner about 303 km from Toronto, it is outside the 250 km we cover.

If your trip starts in the Toronto area, we can have a car ready for the drive. Taking a car out of Ontario needs our written consent before the trip, so ask in your request. Ask us about Ruby Corner in a request; a person answers honestly. Every price here is in Canadian dollars.

Worth knowing

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. The request is free, so you can ask without committing. Rates are set per car, so you can choose by budget.

Good fits

Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own. People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy.

How renting with us works

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

What we ask of drivers

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

One more step

When the dates are set, a request gets you a real price.
