Towing in Coldstream, BC

Arranging the work in Coldstream

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 3,074 km from Coldstream, and does not do this work itself. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

What we arrange

A person replies within one business day. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven.

Good habits for your car

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.

Before the shop starts

Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.

Toronto based
