Car Financing in Coldstream, BC

Before you buy in Coldstream

CarmaCars is a rental company, so we do not sell cars; renting one first is how we help buyers. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

A test drive that lasts

A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads.

Checks worth doing

Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN.

While you shop

Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale. Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal.
