Towing in Fagg, VA

Towing in Fagg

If you need a tow in Fagg: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

Who does what

Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.

Between shop visits

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.
